Who is Rebeca?
As the daughter of a diplomat family, she grew up in an international environment and quickly learned about different countries, cultures, and their culinary identities. Rebeca has been fluent in four languages since a young age.
This international background and her distinct passion for indulgence consistently led her into the world of upscale gastronomy and hospitality, to which she dedicated herself for many years in more than 15 countries.
To this day, art, culture, and travel to special places shape her perspective – but always at the center is her passion for excellent gastronomy. In 2015, she settled in Mallorca, exchanging her previous nomadic life for a permanent home in the heart of the island. There, she intensively dedicated herself to the world of olive oil – a product of universal importance that is valued and used in kitchens around the world. On an organic olive growing finca, she can live her passion for olive oil daily. For five years, she has been responsible for the management of the 12 hectare estate, which specializes in the production of organic, extra virgin olive oil. In 2023, she earned the official title of Olive Oil Sommelier in London.
This local product is her passion and she invests many hours studying the different advances that occur in this interesting world that generates over 20 billion euros in annual sales despite the fact that 97% of consumers know very little about it. Since then, she has continuously invested time and great dedication into the in-depth study of this unique natural product. Her passion and many years of international experience form the foundation upon which she now passes her knowledge on to anyone interested.
